VIP Member: $175 per visit
Non Member: $199 per visit

Continue your personalized care with a follow-up visit. Your provider reviews your progress, adjusts your treatment plan as needed, and supports you in achieving your long-term health and wellness goals.

Includes any medication refills, reorders, or dose adjustments.

Assessment and new plan of care, and/or new lab interpretation or new lab orders placed as needed.

Labs within the past 3–6 months are required. If unavailable, necessary labs will and can be ordered based on provider assessment and safety guidelines. Pricing is subject to the labs recommended by the provider. Lab services are billed separately.
