Prescriptive options vary based on client history, assessment, lab interpretation  & contraindications. A provider Assessment & Consult is needed in order to Provide an adequate personal assessment , plan , patient specific prescriptions if needed & education/teaching.

Recent Labs within the past 3–6 months are required if indicated by the provider. If unavailable, necessary labs will and can be ordered based on provider assessment and safety guidelines. Lab Pricing is subject to the labs recommended by the provider. Lab services are drawn & billed separately through our contracted third party.
