HOW IT WORKS
We start with a consultation & initial health and history review. Our licensed Nurse Practitioner will assess if any lab work is needed, and then will create a treatment plan that may include Client specific prescription medications based on qualifications and client specific needs. Then prescriptions are placed once payment for provider services are received for delivery/Pickup .
WHAT’S NEXT?
Your initial in person visit is scheduled to meet with our provider for prescription review & in person assessment if needed. Here we review medication administration and education, gather initial weight, body composition analysis, goals, and any other information for treatment plan and follow up moving forward.
MAINTENENCE
A virtual or in-person appointment may be scheduled. We want to make sure you are feeling good, and assess treatment plan. This will include any medication refills and change in treatment plans/management or recommendations .
